Dr. Tinatin O’Connell earned her undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology and Psychology.
Dr. Tinatin O’Connell obtained her medical degree at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and subsequently completed her internal medicine internship and residency at Boston University Medical Center in Boston, MA.
Dr. O’Connell completed her gastroenterology fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Dr. O’Connell is board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine.
Her clinical interests include inflammatory bowel disease and women’s issues in gastroenterology. She enjoys travel, photography, and staying physically active.
